The number to call if you need to speak to us. When you call, have your account number ready so we can quickly access your details.

We use the Falcon™ fraud management system to further protect your card. Falcon™ identifies unusual activity on your card. It examines transactions in real time, flagging unusual transactions to our card security experts for review.

3. Credit limit

This is the maximum amount of credit you are able to obtain under your account.

4. Available credit

This is the amount of credit you have available on your account.

5. Available cash

This is the maximum amount of available credit you are able to access as cash as of the statement date.

6. Minimum monthly payment

This is the minimum amount you need to pay each month to keep your account up to date.

7. Closing balance

This is the total amount owing on your account at the statement date.

8. Due date

You must pay the total amount due by this date. You can pay more, such as your closing balance.

This is the total amount you need to pay by the due date to avoid a late fee for this statement period.
